Diversfied Collection Agency was call my parents neighbor trying to get in contact me with. There were calling 5 or more times a day. I don't have a phone because I can't afford one. BEWARE! The site does not make it clear, but this is a shoe of the month club. Usually monthly clubs have this blazing everywhere. This site does not! It's very sneakily hidden. In June 2010, I tried to file a petition of ajustment of status in USA for my husband. When I looked online the first site that pops up was 'Immigration forms@USCIS" and "USCIS-helpline.info", I requested the form, they sent it to me and ask me to send it back with the immigration fees which was $1.365.00. I did. three months later, after many calls they told me they're not the immigration services, but a third party working for the immigration. So, I lost my money, and my documents. I placed an order after I checked the website for any scam or fraud alerts. There was even a A rating on the BBB for them. However, the warning bells went off when I didnt receive an automatic confirmation email of my purchases. Then the second and third warning bells went off today when I tried to call the number on my paypal receipt and it is out of service and their customer service email came back with the error message that it doesn't exist. When GMAC changed to Ally and GM went bankrupt, there was a definite change in policy regarding lease vehicles. I have been buying and leasing vehicles from GM for 20 years. When leasing, I have always turned my vehicles in in perfect condition with never a charge for excess wear or damamge. I recently bought a 2010 Frontier.Its 2 months old.The lanyard on the gas cap snapped.I went back to the dealer and they said i had to pay for it. I have shopped at Bruno's, and have been a very loyal customer, for many years. I usually use my debit card when making purchases, but on Friday, Feb 5th, I decided to write a check. The check was refused. I was totally humilated!!! I had plenty of money in the checking account, and went ahead and used my debit card to pay for the bill ... $212. We have a new Publix grocery store in the area, and I am going to give them a try. I formerly worked for the DA's worthless check unit and know the problem stores had with bad check writers; but, the system should be able to figure out if the check was good. It didn't sit right with me after I made the deposit. I looked them up on the internet and lots of bad reviews they got last year. Two days after the deposit they wouldn't give me the money back because they said I had to cancel the truck five days in advance. I gave the deposit on Monday and they said they would have a truck on Wednesday, then Thursday. How, could I cancel the truck five days in advance when it wasn't even five days?
