Using Luxuryparlor.com may be the worst online buying experience I've ever had. Briefly: ordered 12/23; order shipped email 12/29; live chat conversation on 1/10 to find out where order was. It took half an hour to find out that the order had partially shipped that day; arrived 1/15 - 2 days later than promised; last item supposedly shipped 1/14 - have not received as of 1/23. No response to emails or phone messages and the live chat will end communication without warning. I count myself lucky to have received 3/4 of my order correctly. Terrible merchant. I just spent too much time on the phone with my credit card company because of this site. My daughter ordered shoes from them and the billing amount was not the same as the amount quoted on the electronic receipt. Isent them an email inquiring about this because sometimes companies have legitimate billing procedures. They billed through a site called sneaker mall, and then I got another charge from orientshoes.net. Because they are Chinese companies they flagged my credit card company. Handy man Rob is a rip off. He advertises electrical and plumbing work. HE IS NOT LICENSED AT ALL. He charges as much as a licensed guy, but has no idea what he is doing. I had to have a REAL electrician comeback and fix his crappy work.He left some electrical ungrounded, and caused a small electrical fire, which thank god was contained by the electrical.The electrician went over all of the things he did wrong, and the list was longer than my arm. He would not answer my complaints, and will not get in contact with me. It turns out that insurance companies will not cover any damages done by a non-electrician or plumber. I am very unhappy with the Beebuyer website. I’ve ordered a tablet PC through them. It took much longer for it to arrive than what they advertised as they did not have it in stock as they said they had. I bought the lwest package of bids you could buy on this website. I won 5 auctions. The first one was an itunes gift card for $15, that I won for $.03. Not bad I thought, but then the shipping was $1.99. Well it came in 12 later. That same day I won a Sephora gift card for $50, for $1.36, again, there was a $1.99 shipping fee. I ordered a Palm Treo leather phone case from this company's website. They shipped the wrong product. I emailed them to let them know they sent the wrong item. First, they wanted me to pay for shipping again for their error. When asked for a shipping label, they responded with "we will fax one to you in a few days" and won't send the correct item until the incorrect one is returned. The whole time HMC was the Association Management Company for our community we have had dozens of blatant covenant violations. HMC never drives through our community. Now the many violations are part of our community due to laches at our communities lose. HMC provides the absolute bare minimum of services for the full market rate fee they charge. Kirk Mcoy told me he would by out the contrct from my old alarm system if we hired him for our new one. I paid out $927.00 to my old alarm company and Gave the bill to Kirk, This was in sept.'09. I have been attempting to work with Verizon for over three weeks so that I don't get a message telling me that my outgoing message was not sent because Verizon believes it to be spam. I have spoken with and chatted with numerous people at Verizon about this, but no one has been able to do anything about it. I have also sent emails to their 3rd party spam detection service ([email protected]) with the specific emails, but nothing has changed.
