Tom Kay is a thief. I had to cancel after prepaying a move to Hawaii. I requested a refund since the move would be in California, which is also where the move originated from (later on I come to find out that they are not licensed to move in California at all). They use different company names that are even on my receipts and then tell me they are not affiliated with these companies or know who they are. On Jan. 19, 2011 I was backed up in the lane at West Walmart, in Sioux Falls, when I noticed a Black SUV that was parked diagonallly from me starting to back up. Scammer's = Blackwell Construction Inc from Des Moines, Iowa hired us to do a Iowa Department of Transportation tree clearing project. Once the job was completed, they got paided from the IDOT and neglected to pay us. We have $10, 000 out in payroll, fuel, and equipement rental and now this! I order a product online and I gave the order number to a person to get the product. It was in late december. This person went to the store to pick the product up, however they sold it in early january. So, the product was not available anymore. As a gift, my aunt prepaid $100 for a 4 hour deep clean of my home. Angel Bossi came the week of December 14, 2010 stayed for one hour. I have noticed my business number appearing on number investigator listed as an annoying caller this is on there website. I have tried to contact them numerous of times to find out if the complaint can be removed from there website. The information given says they will return your call if you email them or leave a message on the phone number given. I have done both and have not received any call back from this company. On 10/4/10 the sweater was ordered from the company via eBay. The sweater size 2X was sent to me but their 2X didn't fit so it was returned to them per their instructions and a size 3X was requested. Buyer Beware! They put a $265 hold on my credit card for 2 weeks for a 1 night stay. The room was prepaid, but they asked for my credit card in case there were incidentals. Company uses deceptive advertising to fraudulently entice customers. When we pointed it out to them, they became very defensive and rude. We had to submit a claim to our credit card company to get our money back for several services that they were to have provided and did not. This company submitted a fake check dated December 13, 2010, in the amount of $33.00, signed "Authorization on File, " t my elderly mother's bank, which then processed the check. I bought the truck new, 2008 F350 diesel, the water in fuel light would come on all the time, I would keep draining it and when I took it in to have it checked they found no problems, I kept in serviced and changed out the fuel filters. The last time I changed the fuel filter the light quit coming on, with 8000 miles on the fuel filter the truck quit... TV advertising misleading on price and shipping and handling. They say you get a second unit free but don't specifically tell you that a $14.95 shipping and handling charge is added for the second unit. I took my 2002 Ranger in for an oil change. The tech @ service writer said I needed a total of $1, 085.00 of work on my truck. They led me to beleave this work was of a priority because it was in the front suspension @ engine. I took my truck to another repair shop @ was told all I needed was the coolant flush ($100.00) .
