My company just signed up with W2 Express for electronic w2 delivery. Got the notification that it was avaialble and went to download. The application prompted me for a PIN (something I never remember setting). I attempted every PIN I ever had used for anything to no success and decided I needed to call customer service. My 1999 Mercedes was towed by Shamrock Towing, Inc. on 1/13/2011 from a parking lot at Columbus State College. Immediately after picking up the car, my son noticed the loss of pressure in his brakes. I replaced my home carpet after 15 years only because it was out-dated. I was suckered into Mohawk's smartstrand 2 years ago based on their ads. Carpet is in high traffic areas, LR, BR, stairs, hall. Company contacted me through Craig's List. Claimed they were a bulk mail forwarding/distribution company and need to have someone in the DC Metro area to ship items an mail to for forwarding. Offer pay of $3, 600/mo., plus advance funds for costs (shipping and what-not). Then they overnight checks payable to you from an account of a reputable business. I have over the past year not had one job printed at tone digital withou there being re-prints involved. Jobs don't get completed on time and sometimes you receive scratched or damaged goods. I have always thought they were highly competent and well priced but since they have doubled in size the service has gone down the drain. I will not use them again for printing or any other service and will not refer anybody to them ever again. I took a contract phoe with them 2008 and by then my pay date was month end until January when it changed to the 15th of each month. I started a VW trike building business and intended to use JC Whitney as a main supplier of engines and parts. Ordered an aluminum fuel tank for the first trike. When it arrived the size of the tank was not what I ordered, it would not fit the trike. On 11 September 2009 I contacted Partserve for Canon Pro9000 print head. Despite there being stock in Cape Town, I was told that because the printer was outside of it's warranty period, I would have to wait for them to order a new part in (the print head is not covered by the warranty, so this makes little sense to me). His phone company is a joke. I contacted them and they said they could swapmy service from my current carrier. Oh they swapped my service alright but it took waylonger than they suggested time frame. The kicker is they never managed to get the service up and running, over two weeks of no phone service. Finally I contacted my prior service company and had them switch me back, as I work from home. I bought a corner couchsofa from Weylandt Fourways last year October. The sofa arrived 8 wks later. On inspection, I noticed that the sofa and the daybed were not joining together properly ( the seams were not joining up) and that the there was a colour difference. I joined screamer Nov 09 at that time it was thought to be great, but Feb 2010 I was billed for three months which I already paid Dec 09.I never received any invoices for this and after querying it with their accounts, they admit it was an error. I requested a credit for the month that was taken extra, but up to now regardless of numerous atempts.They still have not passed a credit; this is poor service delivery and unethical behaviour from their side. Following a release from my job I tried to apply for approved flex medical payments reimbursements and was denied. I had not been informed there was a 60 day limit that I had to file for reimbursement. Claim adjudicator, Gloria Hurt, is obviously and blatantly incompetent. She stated that my Corvette was comparable to a subcompact/compact car rental. After that demonstration of stupidity, she subsequently assigned blame for an auto collision where I was rear ended to me in spite of the police report and the repair shop clearly stating that the other driver was at fault. Her incompetence is clear and appropriate action by her bosses should be taken, although her immediate supervisor failed to return my call.
