We recently brought our 2004 Toyota Camry to Tri State Toyota in Dudley, Ma for a repair to a damaged moon roof in their service department. This hotel refused to give my husband and I a room, not once but twice. I called the "Customer Service" Number for Days Inn, and Flo told me that their was nothing that she could do it was up to the hotel managment. The manager, told me that if I have a complaint to call "Obama at the White House" because he can refuse service to any "american woman" he wants too, because that is his right. "Customer Service" told me that there is "nothing that she or anyone at the home office can do but send the complaint back to the manager." That was who started this whole mess. Coast to Coast based in AK sub-contracts sales people for different areas of the country to sell their metal buildings--these people do not have any responisiblity other than collecting the deposit. C to C then hires ANOTHER fly by night comp to 'build' the metal structure. They barely built it any better than I could---tons of problems and then C to C cant be reached nor the flybys that made it. They never returned. And worst of all they get away with it. I ordered my husband a subscription to a "Whitetail" hunting magazine. I was approched by a student in Walmart's parking lot who said he was raising money for his school. I'm glad I only ordered 1 magazine. I'm out $24.00. I just found my receipt, I had forgotton about it. That happened 1/12/2010, of course the check was put through shortly after. I went to Target and bought something from the grocery department which I would rarely ever do and here is why: When I came home I wanted to eat so I opened the package of lunch meat and the plastic bag inside the container was ripped open! I entered my credit card information and attempted to watch the movie. They didn't even have the movie. They immediately charged my credit card! This past November 2010 I used a company called "Christ Ian Construction and Roofing" located in Grafton Ohio. Owner Robert Laurence and his crew did such a poor job that by the time the first snow fall it was leaking in 5 different area's.
