When they came to do the installations, the technician damaged our ceiling and walls, as well as they left without verifying that our service was working correctly. This clinic charges outrageous fees. It is gut-wrenching to see emotional people fork out large amounts of money after being told their pet has to be euthanized or needs surgery etc. I watched two older people-in their eighties-already quite upset-be told that their fee was over $800 dollars to "treat" their dog. It charges $45 for the application but then does not ask the questions that are required by the US government. They were unable to let me download a book that I had ordered and charged to my credit card. On Dec. 2oth I purchased a bottle of Loreal liquid makeup from Duane Reade . It wasn't what I wanted, but I couln't return it.
