Moved into an apartment temporarily. Using the oven for the 1st time, I was in the kitchen and noticed sparks. Quickly it escalated into a very bright white flame and a fire. I turned off the oven, but it somehow remained on! I could see that the heating element was on fire and driping something to the base of the oven. Nope, we were also duped into a package. They raised my payment from 65.00 a month for 13 months to 123.00 per month with out a warning and charged me 30.00 late fee. These people told me the paperwork would take at least one week (the "cooling off" period for changing my mind on the contract is three days") to "process the paperwork".
