Buyer beware, fraud, ordered a bouquet, they substituted for a cheaper less attractive arrangement. When I complained, the manager said it was in their substitution or replacement policy.
This is fraud - if a person orders something and it is replaced with an inferior product without the customer's permission.
They would not replace the arrangement, or give a refund.
It was a huge disappointment, and rip off.
HOw many other customers experience this same problem?
Pass the word around, this company should be X Bloom. read full review »

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their jewelry. I have been looking to sell an engagement ring that was given to me. I have been to a few of the different locations around the GTA that advertise jewelry buying. The offers I have received from 3 other companies averaged about $800.00 for a ring that was originally purchased for $2000.00. I recently herd an advertisement on the radio for a company that guarantees their service and the amount they offer for your jewelry will be more then all the other guy... read full review »

London Cleaners at Erin Mill Town Centre, Mississauga treated their customer (me) rudely when I was seeking for a reasonable explanation for my brand new, $79 + tax, black skirt bought in Urban Outfitter being damaged after the dry clean and press. First, I requested for press only service, which most of other dry clean stores offer. The lady said they only do dry clean + press service so I had no choice but pay for the price. I called them and they said they were to busy to have a look call back in the morning. I called several times and went around to the place a few times. They refused to fix what they broke and denied ever doing the work on my vehicle. So I towed my vehicle to a different mechanic who told me that the damage was 9000 dollars. I ended up having to purchase another vehicle. Don’t go to these basterds THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!! read full review »

McWrap Snack
Marilyn Smith March 24, 2009
I was interested in the new mcwrap snack, so i ordered 2. As two were the price of a Big Mac. I received them and was eating the first one and found there was only a half of a burger in this huge wrap with a teeny bit of sauce and a smidge of lettuce. I was really upset as this cost half the price of a big mac, so a whole burger with enough lettuce and dressing, would be the appropriate way to sell this joke of a product. This is an absolute rip-off, as a big mac has two burgers and lots of lettuce and sauce. I could not even taste the sauce. I am not a happy camper! Mcdonalds you should be ashamed. read full review »

I was away and missed paying some my bills at my vacation home for February, including my Cogeco cable bill. They made only one attempt to contact me by phone - when I was away. They then sent a "collector" who came at 8:30 pm and behaved rudely with my wife when I was at work, took away my modem and cable box, all this when I had already paid the overdue amount recently. All the other services I had "defaulted" in February merely called again to remind me (they did not need to, I paid all bills as soon as I was back). Compared to that, Cogeco has a pretty rough way of doing business which consumers should be aware of. read full review »
