Yuk Communications is the most incompetent company i have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered their home phone service on july 18 and canceled on july 28 because they did not send any technician after asking for one 3 times! We had a three year contract with Moneris Solutions to process our MasterCard and Visa payments. One of the medical associations that we belong to offered us a better rate to perform the same service. Toshiba customer relations at head office AND product is a joke! I spent almost two moths dealing with someone from that department regarding my defective HD DVD player - model XA-2. This particular model would shut down when using 1080p mode only, 1080p/24fps mode worked with no issues. The Sandstone Gas Station is situated at the end of two elementary schools. I have often gone in there around after school time and the owner is unbelievably rude to the children. My father had rented equipment from Shoppers, an oxygen machine. The assistant manager phones me at my home and demands the equipment back or bill me $100 rental.
