Our company has had a terrible experience with the staff at Maximizer. We have used Maximizer 9 CRM software with great success. We decided to upgrade to a version that would allow us to synchronize our data and we were recommended the Entrepreneur edition by Stanley only to later find out that we will need the Group edition instead. We ordered a new front door last fall (not cheap over $1000) from this company on l'Acadie Blvd in Montreal. They messed up the order; and gave us a white door instead of a black one. They then came back to paint it and said it was "guaranteed" to hold. My daughter ordered several (HANDMADE) cat and dog costumes for gift giving to me and others. She waited several months for the items to arrive. The shipping was outrageous. They never answer your e-mails regarding complaints. They have their site set-up so that complaint e-mails cannot possibly be sent to them.
