In 2001 I signed up to be able to process credit cards with a company called NPC. My Spokane representative was kind and helpful and seemed to be open about the binding nature of the contract. I knew I was in it for 4 years, but I needed it and wasn't planning on going out of business in that time. I don't have a copy of the contract and don't know if I ever did. I ordered a Kodak V803 Blue digital camera. When I placed the order, I asked if it was in stock and ready to ship. The salesman said yes. I noticed a charge to my credit card (not an authorization, a charge) 2 business days later. 12 business days later I had not received the camera. Well i have been complaining about getting my stove repaired for the past 3 and a half months. I have had a service tech in to see the problem and they have not repaired it. Attached is a letter sent to BMW Canada in August. Since that letter I have had the vehicle back for major repairs twice. BMW Canada has continued to stone wall my requests for a replacement vehicle. BMW continues to advertise the "BMW Experience", don't buy it, they have no interest in satisfying their clients if there is a problem. I was given the excuse that my order was shipped to an incorrect address followed by another email that there was a problem with their shipping department and they were correcting the problem by sending the orders out manually. I have bought from this company over half a year ago without problems. My shipment came in within the expected 7-10 days period. I was happy with the purchase. In November I reordered the same items. It has been over a month. I have sent three requests for a tracking number or proof of delivery. My wife got me one of the swap cards that Tim Horton's are advertising. The card you never need to carry money if you have the card. The wife put $40.00 on the card, and on the way to work I stopped off at the Central Ave shop to get a coffee. I was waiting for about 4 minutes, when the server asked for the money, I told her I had $40.00 on the card, she said it would not work. In the end a friend from my work paid for it. May 11 2005, we purchased the best set of appliances Electrolux Home Products make, Frigidaires Pro Series, On Dec 15. Only 7 months later we had to repair the ice maker under warranty ( no problem) well it never got fixed till late Jan/06. On Feb 21/06,The repairman made another house call to repair the ice maker again, Well it never got fixed till Mar 29/06. I've tried doing live chat with them & they change their story every other line - they can't even tell the truth or don't know what the truth is. I will be trying to do a stop payment on the order. They claim I will have it by December 31st, but I was also promised I would have it by December 3rd. I think they're the biggest scam artists I've ever seen. I opened an account with Capital One in order to transfer my high interest rate line of credit balance to their Master Card. I went through the process on November 22 and the transfer was approved. This company should not be trusted. They are not a legitimate fund-raising company. They pay their volunteers out of the proceeds after rent, office space and income for the manager and drivers. Very little goes towards the charities and it is not recorded what it is used for. Of what is made, a small percentage goes to the charities. Their calendars are simple and they overcharge. This company promised a loan with the first and last months payment due prior. I sent the money gram and they contacted me on it. They told me the money would be deposited the next day. When it wasn't I contacted them and they said they had a computer problem and needed more money down. I asked for a refund and they said it would take 15 days.
