My time was up to cancel any following shipments before the Trial Offer was received. Not exactly free except for shipping. By time customs, GST and conversion to Canadian $ was finished it was $16.61. My credit card was billed for $133.74. The terms and conditions are not easily found. I am having the same issue with Pure LIft Cream. I signed up for a free trial and then started getting charged $65 per month for a membership. The website phone number is not connected and there is no email address. I called my credit card company and they had to give me the 888 number because on my statement, the last digit is missing. I disconnected this account on March 3 or so because of very bad customer service from Videotron. I have been billed for this account AFTER I disconnected it. The only reason they finally refunded any money was because Shaklee didn't want to be given a bad name since Paul Birdsall is associated with them #2 Top Sales in 2008.. I bought last year a SAPPHIRE HD 3870 for 207$ CAD, the card was very good for the first few months, then suddenly the card started to act strangely, It gave me a no signal input sign so i wrote to ATI, who told me the card must be overheating and it was probably dirty. On August 6 I took my computer to Mothers and had it cleaned and programs checked for a $60 charge. They confirmed that all was well and told me to come in to pick it up which I did. Be aware when giving them your credit card, they can put charges through without your authorization, even credit cards that require a passcode. When booking your parties, make sure you give them a smaller number, and make sure everything is in writing. Good afternoon, I am writing in order to complain about the extremely high energy costs in my area. For three years my husband and I have been trying to resolve this issue with our local MPP. Here's my experience with CIBC Bank I opened a bank A/C with CIBC bank in 2005, because they have one nearby my home. They have a Everyday Chequing Account which require to put $1000 to waive the $3.90 service fees. Here is the events that pissed me off 1. As i was having an abundance of virus popping up on my computer a pop up reasured me that all i had to do was pay this amount (29.95) and my computer will eliminate all bad viruses (spam) or even clean the directory. However, since the first time starting in May, 2009 an increase in spam was apparent and eventually my computer jammed.I had to go to Staples (costing me $450.00) in repairs to my tower. I just bought some Debbie Travis Roman blinds for my son's room, and when I opened the package, the instructions were very vague, and looked like they were for another product. And hardware was missing. There was no way I can hang these blinds. Also, I was trying to figure out how can I hang these, and noticed that part of the railing was broken too.
