Pocession of Mall has been delayed for more than 2 yrs, builder keeps asking for money without commiting any pocession date. After3 reminders he has send a threat that the Agreement Dead will be cancelled. Therefore, making sure that we are completely at the mercy of the builder. In such a case how do we get help ? It's true that peoples of Hapur are suffering from monkey problem since last 4 yrs but not any departments have resolved the issue. I think that departments are not doing anything else. We asked to Nagar Palika Prishad, Hapur with RTI Act that why Nagar Palika Prishad are not taking an action against the problem. I had transported my car Maruti 800 from Delhi to Kota (Rajasthan) through Safe home movers and packers. They had promised delivery within 3-4 days. However after 7 days there was no communication from their side. After innumerable tellephone calls I did not get a positive reply as regards the whereabouts of the car. I took a room in the PG, Sri Sai PG Accomodation, AECS Layout, Kundanahalli, Bangalore.While joining they took one month advance which was Rs 4000 and Rs 500 as maintainence charges (non refundable amount). After one year when i vacated the room and asked for the advance they paid me 3000 and told me that i havent paid the maintainence charges before and hence deducting from the advance. I joined the PG on 5/6/2009 and vacated the room on 3/6/2010. For the three days they charged another 500 and deducted that amount too from the advance. After the introduction of Usman Road Flyover, the bus route has been changed via Usman Road Flyover and does not stop at Pondi Bazaar. We purchased a Kent RO system in August 2009, which has been having problems with water purification performance ever since October 2009 onwards. We would need to make atleast half a dozen phone calls for a service person to attend to it. To top it, he would identify the problem to replacement of candles etc (within such a short period?!), but he would not have the spare part with him, nor would he promptly replace the spare part shortly.
