Hi, There is no water supply in sector 45 since saturday evening. The reason we were told by JE is that the motor is not working and can be replaced only on tuesday.We do not have a single drop of water. We searched for our area's pradhan but he is not available. Withing warranty and the control key is gone despite normal use. They say it is not covered warranty. The local service provider HCL were to replace the keyboard at price - it is over two months and there is no sign of keyboard or information on that.
