I took a WLL connection (No. 044 29780183) on 3rd Mar 2008, mainly for internet. Till now I didn't get the internet. Whenever I asked them, they are saying modem is not available. The plan I'm in is a Combi Plan which has an unlimited internet access with some free cols. It's their mistake of not providing modem for such a long time. Sir, i transferred one fund electronically from state bank of india, bhankur industrial estate branch to UCO Bank, Dum Dum cantonment branch, kolkata on 9th april, 2008. But this fund transferred to Uco Bank, Dum Dum Branch instead of Dum Dum Cant Branch. First time I used my debit card to pay the Airtel Broadband bill in one of the airtel showrooms and unfortunately the amount got deducted twice from my account. I called up the customer care and explained the problem. They asked me to send a copy of the account statement as a mail attachment.
