Dear BSNL Prepaid Customers, I am a prepaid csubscriber with the no. 94866-11143, purchased on 21 November 2006. Now it is in New Anant plan. On 1st of January, as my Airtel was not getting line, I called a Karaikudi no. in Tamil Nadu circle (BSNL Landline) for 12 mins. The charges ought to be Rs. 12.00 . But when I checked the balance on 3rd of Jan, two days later, I found the balance was deducted by another 12 Rs. ( on top of the 12 Rs. for the call) . I called cust care 13 times regd this . Dear Airtel Prepaid Customers, These guys overcharge your prepaid account calls by multiple times and never give the reasons out. Before a month, I found the balance lacking by seven rupees. After a small accident ( after 1st service ) at rear bumper, I sent my car for servce. They replace only the top portion of bumper. So the bumper not fully fitted with the body, day by day the gap between the body and the rear bumper increased and looks like a very old vehicle. Hi, I have an account with Citi Bank and am a customer of Citi Bank from more than an year. My (the then) employer Thomson allows me to have a salary account only with Citi Bank, Hyderabad Branch (read to know why). I am fine with that. The dataone connection given by BSNL is not working. since the date of modem given to me the BSNL DataOne people have not at all responding to me or my phone calls. They say that they dont have any service personnel to attend the Broad band connection problems. They simply give a modem and some accessories and a password and username there ends the matter. No matter the connection is working or not they charge everymonth as per the plan. They give reckless answers to customers. They dont even say how to lodge a complaint. LG Airconditoner Services is the worst in the Navi Mumbai area. We had renewed the LG Air conditioner's AMC since Oct'07 to a epriod of Oct'08. Till Date we have not got any service for the service centre. Inspite of repeated follow-ups the techinician does not come. I had purchase the 6in 1 portable music system from Adishwars Bangalore. The dealer in order to hide deep scratches on the front panel had smartly put stickers and passed on the piece . He had the audacity to give a last piece discount of Rs 200 and fleecing me on the defective item. Moreover the User handbook was also not available in the packet.
