As per Nokia guidelines I have sent an SMS on 5555 giving my battrey No. : 0670400363563 N377513103808. I have sent the SMS giving my mailing address also. I have sent the SMS 1 month before. Even after 1 month still no one has come from Nokia to replace the battery as promised by Nokia (that they will replace it within 8 days of complaint). I terribly disappointed by Nokia services.They just do not keep their words. Now, I have no other option other than to buy a new battery or to buy a new mobile set of some other reliable company. Im an airtel customer. Im in the kerala circle. My local network coverage is under 'VALAKKADU' tower (in trivandrum district) situated hardly 2kms away from my home. But the status of airtel coverage on my mobile is very poor that i misses many important calls. I experience disturbance while calls. Whereas other networks offers full coverage there. I am really shocked to read so many complaints on WOODLAND footwear, when I thought i was the only one!!! Bought Woodland sandals on SALE in the mall at Sec 25A Noida, not that I paid any less than what I would if I had bought sandals in any other shop. Hardly after 6 wears in less than a couple of months, the inner sole is coming off. I Had purchased a SX4 Maruti Suzuki Car on 11th Aug 2007 from Rajesh Motors Jaipur. At the time of first car service they told me that they have to change to clutch as there was manufacturing defect. I am very fed up with this Agency for supply of gas cylinder. They take minimum 20-30 days for supplying of gas cylinder. i checked from other agencies of Indian Oil & Hindustan Petroleum, they deliver the complaint of gas booking within 2-5 days from the date of booking. I boarded Saudi Arabian Airlines flight SV0750 on 12th SEP07 at 10:35 am from Riyadh to Mumbai, the flight returned back to Riyadh airport due to some technical problems. We were informed that the flight was delayed to 2am 13 SEP 07 that too was not confirmed. At around 2am 13th SEP we were informed that the flight is scheduled to 8:20 am on 13th SEP07 which took off around 9:30 am instead of 8:20 am. Dass Electronics aundh has been the poorest in providing service to their customers. I purchased a laptop from them and they told me to hand it over to me in next one hour with everything configured, but it took 6-7 for them to deliver to and for more surprise the keyboard key was out of place. When i told them to fix it up they said it will take 2-3 days to get it fixed by service center and it has been a week and i am still without laptop. One of the poorest service by any dealer i have seen. I would recommend not to go for Dass Electronics specially Aundh. They have pathetic service!
