I had an outstanding of rs. 2689 for my reliance post paid landline connection. Out of which i paid 2500 (a whole no.) on 31st of march 2007 still to this date after 2 visits to reliance webworld at sector-31 gurgaon i only got false promises like, the phone is already activated, which was obviously a farce as the phone was as dead as before. My god, I wish I had checked out your website before I got mixed up in Pergo laminate flooring. I had it installed in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. It is impossible, absolutely impossible, to keep looking nice. Absolutely every time anyone (or my pets) walks on it, it must be wiped and buffed. I notice this complaint is common. I have one friend who was so aggravated by this that she had it removed and sent it on a one-way trip to the dump. My sister has the same complaint. I have taken a home Loan from IDBI Bank and have had a horrible customer experience right through my association since January 2006. In the last incident the Bank deposited two posted EMI cheques in the same month i.e. in the month of March 2007 instead of one and as a result the second cheque bounced due to insufficient amount due to no fault of mine. I as a result have incurred a penal charge and moreover my financial rating with my Savings Bank is marred. On complaints to the collection agencies I have not had any response nor any redressal. I have purchase one pair of shoes on 30.1.07 from a Bata Showroom in Hyderabad, India when there was a scheme going on. That is on purchase of Shoe worth Rs 2000/- , Rs 1000/- worth product can be purchased. Then i purchased another shoe worth Rs 1800/- but they did not have shoes for my size. They asked me to take another size and get it exchanged after 5 to 10 days after the new stocks arrive. But it is 2months till date nothing has happened. I had booked a Reliance Net connect connection as I got a free offer with my HCL laptop. The offer was for Rs.3750 for three months internet usage free with a download limit of 1 GB. The strange thing was the next month I got a bill for Rs. 382 which was followed by another bill of Rs. 2464. Apparently the FREE OFFER WITH HCL AND HP AND OTHER OFFERS IS NOT FREE. On 26/03/07, we bought 1/2kg Kala Channa from Subhikhsha Trading Services Ltd, Old Faridabad, Faridabad, Haryana. On same night, my wife soaked around 350gm channa in water for overnight to cook next day morning 27/03.
