I had BPL mobile post paid sim with STD facility. On discontinuation, I was supposed to get refund of 2000 rs. I had changed my address of communication and submitted a 'change of address' request personally to BPL office. For one year I have not recieved any refund, on enquiry they say they have send draft to old address. The draft was handed to some unknown person as the signature on recieved receipt are not mine. No one is doing anything about this at BPL office. Although thedraft has not been encashed, they refuse to issue a new draft. This is sheer carelessness on part of BPL mobile. I booked my domestic gas cylinder on 16.04.2011 but till date (i.e.23.04.2011) my gas cylinder is not yet delivered. I tried calling the agency but as usual they are purposefully kept busy. I had purchased 2 split AC 1.0 ton from Lassi Traders dombivli. As per the purchase agreement the company had promised 4 free services but no one turned up . After lot of follow up the tech person came in for the service. They try to fool customers into making money transfer and after the transfer is done they go into hiding. They make excuses to give the promised referal bonus.
