SportsBuy is also a lousy place to sell cards. They've got a user interface that seems as if it were intentionally designed to make listing cards as difficult and time consuming as possible. They often don't bother to even acknowledge feedback or suggestions. Selling a card for $0.25 results in $0.92 worth of transaction and "payment processing" fees (which I guess they justify by taxing the buyer $2.10 for shipping and "buyer protection"). This company switched me from my previous provider to their company in July of 2010 and sent written correspondence to loo for a package and new cards. Those documents never arrived at my mailing address which they had on file from my Pennyslvania Life prior policy. I had a fairly basic plan that cost me $39.20 a month. I have paid &200 for assessment in order to have my international credits evaluated. At very first phone call, I spoke a lady on the phone, she specifically told me that I can apply and send my documents, 3 days AFTER they receive my documents they will ask me if I want to go ahead to complete my evaluation, otherwise I can cancel even though they have my documents and fee will be refunded.
