I placed an order for service with AT&T online and paid a deposit of $75. I contacted a rep after receiving an email requesting additional follow-up. I was told an additional $200 was needed for cable. I then cancelled the order and requested my refund since I do NOT have service with them. I have been given the run-around ever since.
