On March 1st of 2010 we gave Mohammad Arshad $4285.00 for delivery of 100 bagpipes with the balance due when they arrived. He emailed us stating that it was confirmed the items would arrive by end of July 2010, today is 2-23-11 and we still do not have the items and Mohammad is not responding to phone calls or emails. I am extremely disappointed with the way Hyundai chooses to DISHONOR its "bumper-to-bumper" warranty...which seems to be useless! The day before the appointment, I had a pipe burst in my radiant floor heat system that was gushing water into the crawl space. Recently I bought a 37.5 oz container of cascade dish washing detergent with grease fighting power of Dawn and have found that it is crystallized. I cannot pour it out the small hole intended for that, so I have had to take of the inner lid. I was talking to my son and daughter in law and they have had the same experience.
