Purchased a Blanco Silgrante Sink from Home Perfect. The item arrived it it's original box and had never been opened. I inspected the sink and signed for the sink. This company has you sign up for Grant help. You pay 2.97 for an account. I never got any information online and was then charged "57.61". I called the 1-800 number and they offered to give me a refund of $40. I told them this was unacceptable, because it put my bank account in the negatives. They then offered me an e-mail address where I could receive the full amount- just by e-mailing them. Apparently it takes 5-7 business days to post back to your account. Our dishwasher panel shorted out 3 times between Oct 2010 and Aug 2011 and was unsuccessfully repaired by their contractor each time but the last.
