We contacted Nedbank last year for a copy of a loan agreement going back 22 years but Nedbank were unable to find the agreement and eventually advised us that the loan agreement was lost. Before you rush out to add the WORRY FREE SERVICE CONTRACT to your already over charged billing be warned. Have had this contract for 3 years and this past month actually needed to use it due to problems with my water heater. Our company switched to Comcast for our phone, internet and TV service. Comcast internet service is down all the time. When we initially had the problem the first story was that squirrels chewed through the lines. The repair was done and the system is down daily still. The linemen have stated that there is a piece of equipment on their line somewhere that is creating the problem but our company is in an area where there aren't many Comcast users so it would be too large of expense to repair it. We made reservations to stay in a cabin named Blue Haven (Blue Heaven on the website). They claimed that it would sleep eight people. We paid $1489 for 4 days during the Thanksgiving weekend. Netgear pitched the Gearheads service as the one-stop-shopping for getting any of my computer related problems resolved, to act as my IT department. I applied for my Cobra services thru Ceridian (that is who my former employer uses) It is now into the third month and no invoice from Ceridian. Every time I call Customer service I recieve a different story, even though they had not sent an invoice I sent the 476.00 that they advised me my Cobra would cost! They bill me for phone calls that I never made, at the times when I am not even home (sunday mornings when I go to church, or mornings when I drive my son to school) or before I even wake up. So I have worked at Mcdonalds up until about a year ago, this is why I NEVER eat there, I see the things that go on there and I would reccomend never eating not only Mcdonalds, but fast food.
