EF is a cheating education company that don't promise what they did to student. My kid registered the trip to South Afica June, 2010. My kid paid deposit and if he wants to go the trip, my kid need to send EF a confirmation letter. But he decided not to continue this program. According to the contract, I will lose the deposit which is $99. But EF charged from my bank account another $1072(Total $1171). We phone EF and ask to refund the money to me. I order a Motorola V8 Razr2 cellphone from this so called company, and they were paid by Paypal and I have never received my product. My credit card was charged and I have emailed them numerous times with no response, I have called them numerous times with no response. I have left messages numerous times with no response. I ordered a silver initial necklace. The cost was $50.00 plus shipping and handling.The actual pendant is a little larger that the end of a pencil eraser. The initial was just stamped on the odd pendant. It was in a little package with the letter outside. I notified the company letting them know I was returning their product due to poor quality. They informed me it was a special order so they would not accept my return. That was really a joke since I am sure they have a bag of these pendents with all initials. We purchased our 26 windows and one sliding glass door from Castle Windows four and a half years ago. We couldn't be happier with that purchase. The complaint starts with the preffered product being so unorganised that not even the staff knows where it is. Instead of the staff helping us or getting someone that can, she just turns around and goes back tot the front. Eventually the manager (I Believe she is) comes to help. I Ordered a Supreme pizza with extra pineapple. When I went to pick it up they frogot to put the pineapple on the pizza (wich is fine). After an accident, A1 was the first to appear at the crash scene to help. I spoke to my insurer who confirmed that A1 can tow my car for repairs to the panelbeater. But that is not what happened. I went in a week ago to get my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure. The wax took a little longer than a usual one so I assumed it was being done to perfection. We had purchased an indoor water wall feature on April 20, 2007.
