I brought my Mom in for dental fillings before Xmas. The area where the work was done swelled into a large abscess and Dr. Kim was unavailable with no emergency numbers during the holidays. Fortunately, I was able to obtain antibiotics for my mom to treat the infection. On calling the dentist's office after the holidays, we were asked to come in so he can take a look. I mailed 2 prescriptions to Express-Scripts in Pennsylvania, I live in Vermont which is only about 2 days by mail. Bought the Eureka Optima vacuum cleaner from a local Target, brought it home, it was missing the adjustable handle. Spent 20 minutes on hold waiting for customer service, representative was short and unfriendly, said it would take 7-14 days for the part to arrive. I received my order of bluetooth headphones from this website and as soon as the device was plugged in for the 3 hours it takes to fully charge (stated in the manual) the device will not indicate fully charged, nor turn on. I emailed their customer service and they said the item needs to be charged for 24hours and if i have an issue to contact plantronics and utilize the 1 year warranty. Yet the item does not come with any paperwork or indication of a warranty and is not even in the original packaging. I enrolled with United Health Care through AARP for a supplement to my Medicare. I was given the wrong information by the woman who enrolled me, and was turned down. I was sitting through a presentation for a Travel Club and was promised a free cruise and a 3day/2 night vacation. Neither the Cruise or the 2 night vacation vouchers were honored. I purchased two Archos 9 Windows based Tablets that were advertised as having specs that would be average to better then average (for a computer) performance. I received a confirmation right away and the email said that the sneakers would be mailed within 2 days. CHEAPLY MADE FURNITURE - bought a bunk bed for my daughters in March - paid for insured shipping. When we received the bunk bed there were scratches on the head board. My ACH deposits are being held and not deposited in a timely manner. This allows Kemba to create NFS since I opted out of the debit card protection. This has been going on since August 17 2010. My checks are switched around my debit payments so that the checks are charged the 32.00 (since my debit card cannot be charge.) Cell C advertises and sell "fast" internet USB modems that supposedly run on a HSDPA+ 21.1Mbps network. The first couple of week I experienced I experienced speeds in excess of 5Mbps, which is lower than the 7Mbps when they tested the modem in the Cell C store the day I signed up.
