My client and I tried to go through this company for a simply delivery. The items were ordered 2 weeks prior. A few days ago, we called to make sure they were being shipped, and asked for honesty, b/c we could have ordered the items elsewhere and paid an overnight fee. She assured us they would be delivered. Company claims orders are shipped via USPS when they are actually shipped using an outside order fulfillment company that is poorly run. On 1/26/1011 I re3cie3ved a "shipment confirmation' and tracking number. As of tonight 1/28/2011 the USPS has yet to be given the order.
