I had used this company once before and all was well. I was aware it had nothing to do with school or charity groups and figured that didn't matter if I could get a good deal on a magazine subscription. Well to my dismay this time the magazine never showed. I called and left messages and never received a response. Looking online only turned up the complaint board so I'm guessing there will be nothing I can do to get my money back or the subscription started. I filed my taxes. The company is advertising free filing. They told me what I would get back. I received my check but the stub was not there. When I went to cash it, I couldnt without the stub. I had to fight to get the stub. Once I recieved it I saw that over 374.oo had been taken as fees. Never was I told about these fees, they let me think I was filing free as the TV advertisement suggested. I was a patient at Oregon City Medical. Nearly very time I went there I saw a new person because the doctors (nurse practitioners actually) kept quitting. My wife and I have received fine outpatient treatment at Baptist Hospital ("East") for many years. But on Sept 30, 2010, she was admitted with chest pains. My wife got an email from this site believing it was from USA today, which it wasn't. When she clicked on a page for a free sample of some skin cream she got a message which would not allow her to get out of the page. When we forceably closed down the PC after nothing else worked we were not able to get the PC to start normally. This website is set up to look like the real College website, but it really just sells your information. I filled out the application, thinking it was a little different from the other college websites. Within the next few hours my phone was ringing off the hook with them wanting to know more of my information and all these offers. They even started sending me mail! I purchased a sewing machine at Target and was unable to use it right away. When I did set it up the bobbin mechanism was broken. I knew I was at fault for not opening it right away but I had not been using the product. Target was completely unsympathetic and refused an exchange even though I would take a $70.00 loss.
