I purchased a Microsoft Office product through Digital River and was completely unable to download the product and also incurred some damage to my computer as a result. I called and asked for a refund, and the person told me they'd make a refund request. I then received an email telling me to click on a link to activate the refund, but when I did so, I was unable to access the activation form. So now I can't activate the SUPPOSED refund. I have been a diabetic since 1994, more than half my life-time. Ever since being recognized with diabetes I have taken Humulin N and Humulin R twice a day. I use syringes to mix the appropriate dosage of these insulins and then inject them. Somehow during on online payday loan application, I did not see a box I should have unchecked. This company said I signed up for payday loan protection. I e-mailed them many times stateing I did not want their service and to refund my money. They used a number check to take $30 from my account, not an ACH withdraw. As of January 16, 2011 my debt before the Bank was circa 42600 RUR (circa 1000 EURO). I decided to settle it as of the same date via Citibank ATM at Aviamotornaya office of the Bank. I was referred here by the law firm of Lederer & Nojima in October 2008. I was given inappropriate treatments by Dr David Shawa and Dr Andrew Morris. I started working w/ Solid Oak Marketing to imprint Schelling State Farm Agency ad on the back side of t-shirts to be given to Eisenhower High School at football and basketball games. I submitted my payment to them on July 2, 2010 and it is now January 20, 2011 and STILL have not recieved my product.
