I own a Hyndai Santro Xing XG model, purchased in 2005. The remaining bottle all had the particles floating in them...What is this? Is the water safe to drink? I have the same complaints as all the others. The latch broke off, have to jerk the door open. The prongs on the racks are rusting off. It makes a horrible groaning, grinding noise, possibly a motor or belt. The decibel level is 64-66 depending on how bad the noise is. It also runs for about 2 1/2 hours. We purchased 9 appliances from Sargent Appliance, Rochester, Mi which were installed in December 2005 (approximately $13000). We also purchased extended warranties on 5 of those appliances through Sargent Appliance.
