Now it takes more than a month; they claim because of the terror threat and package inspection lag times. Purchased a Kenmore [made by whirlpool] dishwasher and within 11 months noticed a few rust spots on the racks. I have had this happen on very old dishwashers here and there and while it was a pain it was not a drastic problem. This company has stopped paying people the money they owe for shopping through their site. Money was owed in November has not been paid and looks "In Process", but the process only takes a day.
