We had a party for our daughters 7th birthday at this place. When we visited beforehand, everyone was extremely nice. They offered us a 20$ discount on the services. They subsequently offered us two free pizza's. On the day of the party, neither discount was given. People their said that the manager needs to approve these. Its now been 3 weeks with multiple phone calls. The manager has never called us. In fact the staff told us that they will not be picking up our phones anymore since they have caller ID so not to call back. I contracted to have an expensive piece of equipment shipped from Peekskill, NY to Troy, AL. Freightquote/Estes destroyed the equipment during shipping and then refused to pay for it, or to even refund my shipping costs. They offered me $100 for a $4, 000 X-ray Diffractometer. To add insult to injury, I even had to pay to dispose of the trashed instrument. read full review »

ABC Leasing company is trying to overcharge me on paying off my lease. Not only did they add 5 months somehow, but they also want me to pay the $3.50/month insurance for the unit for the lifetime of the 48 month contract. Regardless if it is payed off 30 months early.
Extremely fishy operation.
Would like to see one of the local tv news stations pick this company for its devious contracts. Forged signatures and recorded contracts over the phone.
Hard enough to make a buck these days and ya got third party people taking there split too!

Downloaded a test movie for 99 cents and correctly billed to my VISA card. Then without authorozation they debited me 2 months in a row 39.99 claiming that was shown on their website which it was not. I put a stop on my VISA.Now they harrass me with e-mails. This plumber charged me over $800.00 for 1 hour of labor, and performed a repair without disclosing what he would do or how much it would cost. This company has now moved in right across the street from 3 long time, family owned stores. When another company wanted to take over some of the other stations around, they bought them out. Maverick however just told these people they were gonna run them off! How is this okay? Was unable to access my established online cobra account, either through my user id, nor my soc.security #, nor my account #. Was also unable to access through telephone and entering my account # or social security number. I seemingly have disappeared off of Ceridian.
When I tried calling the web tech support phone # listed on their web site (1-800-469-0429) their recorded message said "Thank you for calling, you've reached webq" over and over and over and over again with no other options like press 0 for operator or leave a message.

After a recent separation, I searched the internet for a good price on phones for my daughter and I, since my ex canceled our existing Sprint lines. I set up a Verizon account through Wirefly and received 2 Droid X phones 2 days later. I loved how easy it was to choose a carrier and the price of the 2 phones can't be beat (free), all in all, it was a great experience. Until I got my first Verizon bill for over $400. I signed a contract with this Gym 16 days ago. I found out that my insurance company would pay the gym for my membership. They will not refund my money for the year contract even though they took all my information to bill the insurance company. They say that they "have to" stick with the contract I signed because it has been over 3 days. If the insurance payment is less, I would make up the difference, but I don't think they should get paid twice and I don't think they should deny me the benifit. I signed up for a credit processing deal base on a proposal from a salesman at Leaders Merchant Sevices. Unknown to me, the contract sent to me by the same salesman had no resemblace to the original proposal. Buried in 10 pages of leagal talk were all sorts of hidden fees and charges. I specifically signed up for a no monthly minimum fee deal because we are seasonal, they charged me a $10.00 inactivity fee each month? Isn't that a minimum fee? This husband and wife duo are complete Shit! Their lack of professionalism is clearly witnessed in the following areas:
*Not returning calls promptly
*Their attire is absolutely unprofessional! In business meetings with potential clients, the husband, Mars, wears tattered jeans and wrinkled t-shirts and the wife, Nancy, in flip flops with wrinkled clothing as well.
