On October 25 I ordered one DVD for $13.95. On that day my credit card was Charged $1. On October 26 my card was charged $14.05. On October 31 my card was charged $19.95. On November 23 I called them to ask what was up. They told me that the $19.95 was for my monthly membership dues. I knew nothing about the club and told them I did not want to be a member. They said they would refund one month's dues. I then asked what the $1. charge was for. They said that was a service fee to confirm my credit card and that they would refund it. I bought a canon battery grip for the canon 5d mark 2 and noticed after a few weeks that the plastic gear inside the grip broke, yes, canon installs a plastic gear which drives a metal gear, needless to say after x amount of tightening and loosening the plastic gear strips. I called Accurate Plumbing at 9:00 in the morning. I said I needed a water filter installed and asked for an estimate of the price and time. I was told early afternoon and that the plumber would call me with an estimate. Global Inc hasn't sent me any money for the 2 weeks I worked. It has been 3 weeks. They recently told me it'll be another week before they pay me due to the holidays (I believe this is a poor excuse). My sunroom was installed in the latter part of 2004 but the roof has leaked continuously ever since. I had Ultra's local dealer send his installer to repair this problem in 2005 at which time he re-caulked the roof. I had to call again in 2006 and again in 2008 (after I contacted Ultra to intercede for me) and again a month ago in 2010 (6 inches of rain in just one pail). I tried Webroot AV for about a year and found the product to invasive, required too much baby sitting. The annual anniversary of my Webroot purchase just came around. They have RECURRING BILLING, and want me to re-up. I have the right, of course, to 'opt-out', just click here. I placed an order in July and was told items would be shipped in 6 weeks, charges were placed on my charge card and items were never recieved. A refund was requested but never done and correspondances with Craig via email, merchandise was promised to be shipped, refunds were requested but not put thru and still to date they have not refunded my charge card. This survey site promises payment after 28 days of completion of their survey, they may take up to 3months to pay If at all. You spend 30min on their surveys and they kick you off and say you don't qualify without pay. They are dirty cheats, and I know that there are more people out there that have been scammed by their organization. I began receiving these same phone calls yesterday. They called me several times at work and on my cell phone. The persons name on my report is David Jones. They did send me a fax last night telling me how much I supposedly borrowed from Advance Cash USA. I admit I have taken a payday loan out, but never from this company. Giant Eagle Retail stores in Ohio do not train us well at all. Then the customer gets mad when things take time, and myself as an employee has to take the abuse of the customers. Dropped off watch for battery replacement on Oct 11th. We were told it would be done in about 2 weeks. We called in week 3 when we didn't have it. Clerk said it shouldn't take that long and would get back to us. Clerk never called back. Called again in week 4. Manager said it shouldn't take that long and said he would check and call back. Found a fraudulent charge on my credit card statement. I have never heard of or visited any such website. Upon googling "cerbman*healthforever" I found numerous complaints of the same nature and that their company is now known as fitfactory.
