Corporateperks.com displays on their website that if consumers buy from them, they will give rebates to the consumers for the purchases. I used corporateperks.com to buy products but havent received any rebates from them. They don't have any phone number so that I can reach them. I can only reach them through a link on their website which sends their customer service an email. They have been responding that they are looking into the issue and will get back shortly. I have contacted them many times. I was supposed to get my rebate few months ago and I still waiting for my rebate back. read full review »

We planned for weeks for this wine tour, with each person saving five dollars per week to save up enough money to participate. We had called around to four different limo companies and finally decided on Diamonds limousine because of the web offers and decided on the Canandaigua one because of the champagne and the price.

After a checked I bounced to them, I quickly fixed the problem by sending them a cashier check (+ $30 ) and had it FedEx next day to them. 3 weeks later I see a redeposit of the original check. I contacted them and they told me I was crazy. I sent them proof. They then contacted their bank and were told they had signed up for a service that did that for them. But they still refused to return the funds. It has been more then 7 days and nothing from them. I placed an order with Ugg official to be shipped to the UK. The shipping was through EMS - china courier services. I have tracked the order and apparently it was delivered on 19th November 2010 and signed for by someone who does not live on my street! I had a bad experience with this dealership a year ago- I was ignored by reps while browsing and actually bought my car from the Orlando dealer 2 hours away instead.
I wanted to trade my 2010 Mini for a 2011... I decided to do this on my own because I had a great experience the first time at Mini of Orlando last November when my fiance accompanied me.
I told the Palm Harbor rep that I wanted to spend no more than $300 a month. The dealership interpreted this differently than I did apparently.

I placed a one-time order for $29.95. I ordered over the phone, and gave my debit card number. Proactiv mailed the order, and added that it is a package deal at a cost of $99 plus. I told them to take the balance and cancel my order. They added another $99 package instead, and now they said thay are going to take out the balance, then cancel my account. I told my bank to stop payment, but they said they cannot. they said the company would have to stop on their own. read full review »

They began making demands of us that were unreasonable, and that were not stated in our original conversations. I'm sure the groovy campus kids at Atomic Tribe ARE paying attention and if they could tear themselves away from their iphones and Blackberrys maybe they could find time to really remove me from this soon-to-be landfill. I had a really bad experience with yogaaccessories.com. They have excellent supplies and a very enlightened-sounding web site, but that does not correspond to how they act. If there is any problem, their customer support person (Twig Holmes) does not answer emails or return phone calls. The company then claims it is too late to make a change. American Express actually agreed and refunded the disputed amount. Ordering from yogaaccessories.com has been a most unpleasant experience. I'd stay away. read full review »

I am an excellent writer and communicator and took painstaking time and energy to submit to them a great report on a local company who was their client. You sign off on their independent contractor agreement that says any mistakes in grammar, punctuation, or assignment details must be perfect. Broward County Housing sent her a form letter reminding her that my lease expires August 31, 2010. This letter included my telephone number to call for the arrangement of the walk-thru and turning over the keys. This letter also gave her the address to send my security deposit or any correspondence.

Its a pain getting this nursery to replace my plants! Last spring my purchase of 4 crepe myrtle trees arrived on time and I anxiously planted them. The trees were all marked Natchez Crape myrtle as ordered but one of the trees in August bloomed pink and the another bloomed purple. Fast Growing Trees advertised "Lowest price online, " but after ordering I found that the crepe myrtle trees at other nursery's online were half the price I paid. Lexus offers absolutely no warranty on OEM tires on your brand new Lexus. That risk is all on the owner. This certainly is not explained at purchase. This company has given us nothing but grief with it's constant delays, lies, and failure to pay claims. My previous doctor dropped me because they could not get payment for services / medications. The claims worker claimed for 4 years that she could not find my file everytime I called. I finally had to go to previous doctors and track down all the records myself and give her the information in order to get medical treatment for a back and neck injury that left me at risk for quadriplegia.

I purchased 3 tickets for the Rockettes in Kansas City. When we got there I discovered the tickets were for New York and I was also charged for a personal audience with the Rockettes. The tickets had another person's name on them. A piece of paper came with the tickets explaining that these were my tickets even though my name was not on them. What a scam. $240.09 down the drain. Set up date of work, but kept pushing it ahead until it wasn't started until months after agreed date of work. Will take short-cuts in doing the job correctly if you don't watch them. Does not give a line item detail of materials used, so you have to make sure you count the excess otherwise they take away the excess materials, but still charge you for them. The company installed the gates, besides the minor issues like pitted paint and dents, the Gap between the two panels are way too big to lock securely and looked funny.

To put it simply we feel that we were treated poorly by the owners and the tub repair person. We feel the repair invoice was padded using deceit and down right dishonesty.
At no time were we contacted with the repair estimate, even though we asked Gary repeatedly for one. At no time were we given the opportunity to say No, thats too much for an old hot tub, dont fix it, Which, had we been contacted, as is normal procedure for every other repair weve ever had, we would never have consented to do.
