Realty 3000
William November 22, 2010
Broward County Housing sent her a form letter reminding her that my lease expires August 31, 2010. This letter included my telephone number to call for the arrangement of the walk-thru and turning over the keys. This letter also gave her the address to send my security deposit or any correspondence. A realtor who rents homes for section8 landlords showed the house and said that it was move-in ready, that she has not had to do anything to it, as I left it undamaged and clean (cleaner than she turned it over to me). After waiting 30... read full review »

Fast-Gowing-Trees/Crape Myrtle
nocrepemurder November 22, 2010
Its a pain getting this nursery to replace my plants! Last spring my purchase of 4 crepe myrtle trees arrived on time and I anxiously planted them. The trees were all marked Natchez Crape myrtle as ordered but one of the trees in August bloomed pink and the another bloomed purple. Fast Growing Trees advertised "Lowest price online, " but after ordering I found that the crepe myrtle trees at other nursery's online were half the price I paid. I still have not gotten my replacement and I have already lost a year of growing and flowering the wrong color! read full review »

Lexus offers absolutely no warranty on OEM tires on your brand new Lexus. That risk is all on the owner. This certainly is not explained at purchase. These tires cost nearly $300 each and no warranty. Certainly Lexus has enough power with Michelin to get the same warranty Michelin offers through Costco--huh?? read full review »

J. E. Salmon November 22, 2010
This company has given us nothing but grief with it's constant delays, lies, and failure to pay claims. My previous doctor dropped me because they could not get payment for services / medications. The claims worker claimed for 4 years that she could not find my file everytime I called. I finally had to go to previous doctors and track down all the records myself and give her the information in order to get medical treatment for a back and neck injury that left me at risk for quadriplegia. Once I got the OK, I could not find a doctor... read full review »

This is a civil and criminal crime and conspiracy against a senior citizen and a minority small business owner by M & I Bank and TradeCor Desert Sky II a Commercial developer. I have all the documents to prove all of below. 1) In December 2007 M & I Bank sold us a SWAP loan to refinance our business which we did not understand. My wife and I trusted them because M & I Bank convinced us that our monthly payments would remain constant irrespective of the market interest rate. 2) Our monthly payments were never constant... read full review »

We attempted for the last 4 months to communicate, by phone with Citizens Public Adjusters of Bensalem PA (Jerome J. Sacco Sr; President) regarding our dissatisfaction with their company's service. Each time we have received the run around, blatantly ignored and when I finally received a call back by Manager Jay Massuco I made a meeting and was stood up. Set up date of work, but kept pushing it ahead until it wasn't started until months after agreed date of work. Will take short-cuts in doing the job correctly if you don't watch them. Does not give a line item detail of materials used, so you have to make sure you count the excess otherwise they take away the excess materials, but still charge you for them. Work half-days and take off whenever they feel like it. The job took twice as long as it should have. Will not be using them again. read full review »

The company installed the gates, besides the minor issues like pitted paint and dents, the Gap between the two panels are way too big to lock securely and looked funny. I called the Owner Dave, and he claims it is my wall not straight, (yeah right, bring your level here and drop your eye balls, there's no way for a wall not leveled to cause the gap only in the middle part not on the top and bottm side), even though the wall is not leveled, it is not my problem and you should notice that before you make the gate. Ordered a custom chair cover for outside swivel wicker glider. Paid 270.00 taxes included. They sent me a box made of material which doesn't fit my chair. It's quite upsetting to think I could've bought a bar-b-q cover with more character. It took 4 weeks for me to get my order. The internet order was at my door in 11/2 weeks. I purchased a wicker couch cover over the internet and Paid 69.99 which they quoted me 4??>??. Glad I didn't get that. As the problem -and fear- of scammers is such a big issue today, I had to make a section about scams all of its own. However, my first piece of advice is don't get obsessed with the idea that you are going to get scammed, this is about finding a wife. You probably clicked on this tab because, unfortunately, today men like you are as worried about getting scammed as you are about finding the right lady. I do not think you should worry about getting ripped off every time you write a letter, receive a phone call, meet a girl, etc. After... read full review »

The website looked real--those things are impossible for an amateur to fake, aren't they? Trusting offical-looking websites is an easy habit to develop. And for someone buying or selling a car, the authenticiy of an offical looking webiste like eBay is often the last thing they'd question. That trust could lead to an expensive mistake. One scam that's less well known than the Nigerian buyer classic or the Nigerian seler switcheroois the counterfeit site caper.
