Consumer Beware! This protection plan apparently does not cover damages incurred while replacing a leaking water heater. I went to the Web Biz Customer site. Clicked on live chat. I was able to voice my complaint with them and got the account cancelled. I had never heard of this business until they charged my account for $39.99. I told them that tomorrow I am having that amount returned and I did not want to have anything to do with their company.
