They simply reuse food that was left on another customers plate, even the food and/or beverages from large functions. They bring over soup to the hotel next door to their facility, that has been mixed from all differents soups people never finished. They have moldy cheese brought over too. As for the drinks, they save any wine left from wedding functions and give it to guests at the hotel (which is not that bad, but still gross). This is the worst company ever. I purchased a car from a Toyota Dealer in Nyack N.Y . The car sales guy and I agreed to $300.00 a month for a car payment. I have tried sending money with the company 2 times. Comes up error and doesnt send the money however it took the money from my Visa card and I had to protest the charge. 2 times money was taken from my card. Now I can not login to my account. On July 9, 2010, I had an ACH debit from my business account. I immediately called my bank to notify them of a fraudulent charge. I told them that I had never authorized a $99 payment to anyone never mind to PCI. They told me there was nothing they could do since it was an ACH withdrawal and I had to deal with the company directly. First received a Charge on my card that was not authorized by anyone. I called and asked That the mony be put back into my card account. I was told that the charge was over the time limit so they could not issue refund, however they would cancell the account I and no further transactions would be charged to my card.
