My complaint is that, healthy kids raised my premium from $20 a month to $318 a month based on my household income. My husband hasnt had a raise in 2 years, and all I got was a 0.50 cent raise from last year to this year. So because of 0.50 cents of a pay increase, my kids now wont have health insurance. I was scheduled to have a service between the hours of 1-5pm. around 3pm a technician called me and said that he will be the technician for the dryer and that there will be a seperate technician for the washer. He asked that I need to make sure there is a payment left since on his note it says that he needs to collect payment. I bought a Panasonic microware oven to replace my old 18-year-old one. I ordered an electronics camera and was told that it shipped USPS First Class Mail. This, according to the website should ship the same day with a expected receiving date of 3-5 business days. Three weeks later and after numerous calls I still have not received the original item and was just told today that they are shipping another one. I had one of my tech's take out truck to get a "spare tire" replaced. I was told that the tire ran between $138.00 to $188.00 and that they had no take offs. Out of desperation we paid the price. Brought a wardorbe and arrived with chips on the front door, bad paint. and drawer so badly cut it can't even be closed. Emailed to the company with on respond. Looked at their website and couldn't find a telephone number. Check on their company and they are not even registered in the company house with a phone number. They use a fax number instead.
