I'm happy to say that this company won't bve gettibg anymore money from me. After they took 87.42 out of my account yesterday. I went to the bank today and disputed the transaction and i'll be getting my money back. Thank-god! Even tho I had to cancel one card and get another at least they won't be getting anymore from me. Terrible place, never go there! But the most awful thing happened with us when we paid for hotel and got home: hotel started to threathen us and send us letters like we "damaged" their old furniture! This is the second time the drive device for the self propel unit has gone out. Last year it was covered under warranty because it wasn't a year old yet. The next year the same thing happenes, why is it that it goes out every year when you use it so little? I have a different brand at my work place and that one has never gone out. I think you product is a piece of junk and they want $200. to fix something that goes out every year. I feel that you should replace this part for no cost as there has to be a defect with unit. I have placed an order for a bookshelf on 15-Oct-08 of total cost Rs.4000.Advance of Rs.3000 was asked for but luckily I had given Rs.1500. The person in charge Shahid assured of delivery in 10 days. I had purchased Mishti Doi and a set of assorted sweets from this famous sweet shop on 31st night December. This was for gifting, and I gifted my relatives on 1st Jan. Invoices from this company are always fluctuating from original pricing set forth. Specially being a national account the invoice should be straight forward and clear. After speaking with a manager he agreed and said it would be corrected first week goes by and its ok. Second week comes around and back on the same boat. This product trial was ordered in Feb. 2010, but cancelled. A confirmation email was requested, but denied as this was not possible. A second call in March to have this cancelled again brought no satisfactory email confirmation. Deductions disputed at the bank to prevent deductions. Took my son who was 3 yrs old, to thier first location on Fredriksburg Rd, to get his teeth examined. The Dentist, Dr Dorsainville told me (after the examination) that my son needed maybe 1 pulpotomy and 4-5 caps. She said the procedure would take no later than an hr to complete. Ok, so I lost my debit card, apparently someone picked it up and used it. They booked a room at this hotel. I find out about it the following day because I go to my bank to cancel my card. I start calling the hotel, I go down there. I want to know who has stayed in that room. Now the GM isnt there and not coming back in until Monday and the manager on duty cannot help me, but he tells me that nobody ever showed up for the room. These landlords have made a career out of suing past tenants and somehow win. They are irresponsible in maintaining the property. Their leases are vague and unprofessional, and the wife of this team likes to meticulously clean the unit and charges $45.00/hr to do so. She charges for cleaning baseboards!
