On 02/04/2010 I purchased a Kenmore clothes dryer at the Sears store in Alpharetta, GA. The salesman told me about the $75.00 rebate and gave me the necessary paperwork to submit the rebate request. Netbook was still under warranty so I sent it to Repair Center in Texas per ACER Repair Center website(shipping $50+). At the time of purchase they did not disclose to me that the cat was ill, even when we checked his records it showed that one of the kittens in the litter was.
