I have every reason to believe these people are crooks. I purchased and downloaded Windows 7 Professional from them. The first license key they sent was an invalid key. After emailing and complaining, and jumping through their hoops to do screenshots and run diagnostics to prove the key was invalid, they sent me an updated key. Customer Service - I always had to make the phone calls to see if or when they were coming. Then they cut our cable wire when installing the fence and I was told they would call to get it repaired and we did not have to be home (which was not correct) We ended up calling the repair company and we did have to be home and miss a day of work. He only seemed to care about doing surgical procedures, not about helping me care for my eyes.
