Our heating system is not functioning right since October 2009. I brought this to the Letting Agents attention, who then send out a plumber to look at it and we were told theres nothing he can do about it. I have a major problem with My Maruti Swift 2006 model with the rats entering inside the cabin of my car. It has spoiled the interiors by biting the floor mats, seats and other fabric. Besides this it leaves a bad smell with its urination and leaving other waste insde the car. Bangkok Airways customer service is the worst I have come across. I had booked 2 tickets from Koh samui to Bangkok, and then got them canceled. Its been over 4 months and they just wont refund the correct amount to me. I have emailed them at least 6 times with no reply to any of them. I have called them up 4 times, where the promises are big and they admit that my refund amount should be credited to me. Robing people of their money is a habit of Bangkok Airways.
