Took out Health Care Insurance with this company and they have withdrawn the monthly premium out of my checking account. My wife developed lung cancer. I saw the product listed in a Real Estate News letter.When I received the Product I found it to be flimsy and difficult to use so I returned it. I found that this machine cannot be repaired due to a manufacturers defect. The machine vibrates off balance. I have balanced it per Maytags suggestion and have had it thoroughly checked out. The repairman said he would call me back the next day after I talked to him. He never called me back because he knew this machine could not be repaired. The repairman told me he thought the buffer ring was bad. I had the machine taken apart to find out there is not one bad part on this machine just a defective machine.
