I went to the Costco fontana store to buy a new car battery for my sons Honda Accord. I even brought with me his old battery so I would not incur a "core" charge. When I went to the check-out line I was confused to learn that the clerk automatically added a 9.00 core charge to the cost of the battery- I was then charged 8.75 % sales tax on the total amount. Staff at Seneca Bay apts are harassing me for payment of a water bill. I have explained to them that I have paid this to them but they are either pocketing the money or dont care. The laundry rooms are extremely dirty and they refuse to clean it. There is animal waste all over the floor. The Staff is very very rude and dont seem to care that they are. They seem to think that the tenants are not worth there time and that there personal phone calls are more important then finding where my payment are going. This is an awful place to live. I recieved a letter from SPD stating my vehicle factory warranty expired for my BMW. It did. Upon calling them they offered me a 5yr/100, 000 mile warrant for 2800. I felt this was a pretty good deal. They wanted me to lock in and were pushing hard. I said I needed to think about it. I call my BMW dealer and compared their offer...then decided to go online and check out SPD --- well guess it is good thing I did...SPAM. This was on my laptop and was never installed and I want that charge reversed as we will not pay that amount. I was told of a postion making one figure and the night before I started I asked to verify the figure and was told I was mistaken the actual pay was $ 6.50 an hour LOWER than I was told. I still accepted the position and every Friday have faxed my time sheet to 2 different locations, to be told on the following Tuesday they don't have my time sheet. I refax along with my confirmation pages and call to verify that the fax has been received, still no pay check. I was told today I haven't fax in a time sheet since 3/14/10.
