After 6 months still trying to complete the sell of our timeshare. In October of 2009 we enter into a contract to sell our timeshare thru Corporate Travel Solutions in Flordia. We paid them $1200.00 for expenses for the sale, and was given the name of the person buying our timeshare and told they (corporate travel solutions) would take care of everything else. Never got a shipping confirmation so I called Humble Abode on the 23rd only to find the item I ordered was on BACK ORDER. I specifically asked the salesman at the time of the order was this futon in stock and I was assured it was. Nasty, rude behavior and incompetence is not a crime but false advertising and bait & switch is. I even called them back after being hung up on, thinking that I just caught an isolated jerk on the phone. Nope. The next person tried the same tactics and after politely insisting that I simply wanted what to know how to obtain their advertised rate, I was hung up on again. I ordered a fender eliminator for my R1 and was sent a set of frame sliders. I called to report the mistake but it feels like they're stonewalling me. They told me to take pictures and send them to them so they have proof that I'm not lieing. This company should fined, and shut down. I have spoken to 5 reps & 2 supervisors. I have been promised a refund by each of these people, one rep actually lied on her notes (Cece) stating I had agreed to a partial refund. She never even mentioned a partial to me, which I would Never had agreed to. I have been hung up on, and have never met more ruder people in my life. I also work in a call center, & would have been fired several times over if I treated customers the way I have been treated. My wife and I stayed at Cambria Suites in Dania Beach Florida. When I state that we thought we were in a 3rd class country, I am not exaggerating. When I made reservation arrangements, Kamal at the front desk stated that the hotel was a 5 Star property. Although the hotel is nice, at best is a three star. On Original order page: ecigconsumernews.com there was a free trial offer. Just pay S/H. No further mention of any fees, conditions etc. They then charged to my bank card $149.90. They do not answer any phone calls (mailbox full is what you get). After filing a claim at my bank they researched further and found a different web page and it does have information on hidden agenda of "Free Trial Offer". They also tried to contact them without any luck. It also states that there will be a monthly fee unless you call and cancel your membership. I made an agreement to pay off my debt in small amounts and did not authorize for them to draft out of my account. They drafted the full amount out of my account anyway. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with them and they told me it was an error on my part. He did not seem to want to come to our home and said he could not stop what he was doing to come over and mentioned something about having property near by with a large lawn he was mowing.
