We have been receiving automated telephone calls from Pentgroup Financial, LLC for almost 6 months. They even called us on Christmas day (2009). I have travel with emirates airline in 2006 from dubai to paris. on arrival at paris cdg airport my baggage was lost by the emirates airline. I have made the complain on the spot, after arriving at home in Belgium I called emirates, wrote them many times even with registerd letters since 2006, the only word receive from them was a simply appoligy letter and then nothing. My lost suitcase contained very valuable personal things worth of about 6500€. When I called the number, I was informed that it was from when I purchased tickets from Ticketmaster and checked a box for this on checkout screen.
