CTS is worse than a body shopping company. I m recruited in CTS-Singapore and was sent to Swiss for a 3 month training at client. I recently recieved a collection notice from Finex Group, saying I owe from a towing/ storage fee's from a car I sold over a year ago. I sold my nice car to this kid whom did not submit the release of liabilty to the DMV, but I did. I sold the car "as is" becuase it needed some work to pass smog and so I also have the bill of sale. I faxed the collection agency the copy of release of liability with the bill of sale and they are telling me it isn't enough for them to stop from this affecting my credit. After defaulting on my mortgage for 10 months, (1846.00) monthly payment, I gave Saxon Mtg servicer for Well Fargo $30, 000 to make my account current. They continue to keep me in default and forced me into Ch13. I had no other debt other than the mortgage. I am a full time pharmacist and what ever I paid them never went to the principal or interest. They have been keeping me indefault for 4 years. I have contacted the attorney general for Ct and have kept very good records so we will be comparing documents next months. I just got another credit card sent to me ( renewal) I paid $400 this month and went to use it and it says declined. I looked at my credit report and it says closed by grantor, I have have had this card since 2000, I went from a limit of $500 to $4600 in these years, and make my payments all the time. I ordered a $50.00 USD PlayStation Network Card through their site and immediately paid $58.95 USD through PayPal. Even though their site claimed I would get the code from the card via email within minutes after payment, a day has passed and I haven't received any communications whatsoever on their behalf. I took my automobile to an auto service center to have repairs done on my transmission which was covered under the warranty plan that I purchased. Fedelis told them that they needed the last 8 oil change reciepts, which has nothing to do with my transmission. The mechanic said that he ran into problems with this company before because they are currently in bankrupty. This company is a big rip off. I have paid over 2000 dollars to this company in the past 12 months and haven't recieved anything from them yet in repairs. They are a total scam. They represent themselves as a company trying to give "free Samples" other than the shipping and handling.
