We received a bill on our Verizon home bill for $15.25 for voicemail service by Ideal Savings Now. When Ideal Savings Now was contacted, they had my email address, home address, and phone number. They claimed I signed up for it on the internet site but they have no internet address. The customer service representative had to look up their billing address when asked for it. I have had similar problems with this company. On Feb. 18th I order the product. I was charged $3.97 that day. Waiting for the product to arrive 1 week went by I knew I only ten days. I purchased a warranty less than a year ago for the Nissan Quest I had bought. When a vehicle has more than 90, 000 miles on it, a warranty is a good idea. Recently, the timing belt broke and caused engine damage. I did not worry because I felt I was covered by the power train warranty. I trusted the salesman and the dealership that sold me the car. They put in a one way street on both sides on the cathlic church in the 707 block of Travis one is an alley and the other is Eagel St. These streets are only one Block long ! Petco claims that when enrolled in their P.A.L.S. program, if you purchase 10 bags of dog food, they will send a coupon for a free bag. After purchasing 10 bags of dog food, staying with the same size and brand I received nothing. When I contacted their customer service department, the gentleman was very nice and told me that he would have another coupon sent. At that time he told me that there was another coupon that I was eligible for and that he would send that also. I received the lesser value coupon but not the coupon for a free bag of dog food. Supershuttle Driver drove off from LAX Aiport with back pack in van. We eported immediatly with dispatcher. We suspect super shuttle at first called the wrong van. George's Cleaners in Tucker, Ga. has surly man who obviously despises what he does and who he does it for. After clothes were 'laundered' they smelled so strongly of a perfumey smell that I returned them. In the process of looking on line to purchase ink cartridges for my printer I came across ink4u.co.uk . Having never dealt with a uk company I was skeptical. I filled out the order form and receieved a copy of the invoice for $58.92 total price. When I receieved my card statement within a week and I was charged $94.08. The product took almost a month to show up. I contacted them via e-mail (as their phone does not work) and explained the error in billing. Since September 2009, I have my mortgage with Chase Home Finance and separately my Home Owners with Allstate. In November 2009, Chase sent out a letter requesting proof of home insurance. Marlo Sucks don't buy from them. After ordering furniture from Marlo they showed us 2 hours late against a 4 hour window (6 hours) the first delivery date. In September of 2008 I purchased an extended 5 year warranty on my 2005 Toyota Tundra truck. The cost was $2100 and appeared to be worth it based on all the different repairs that were covered.
