Did not deliver the bed I ordered and paid for, Only the headboard. Refuse to credit back the money for the missing bed until they find out where the bed is...even though in their system it is showing the bed was not delivered to me because the pounds on what was delivered is 36lbs when the bed is about 120LBS. HP KNOWS that their power adapters are shoddy. There are countless episodes of adapter failure, dongle failure and customer service nightmares. A search for replacement parts for my HP adapter returns 54$ as the lowest price for a OEM adapter, all the way up to 100+ from HP themselves.
