I have a contract with Tmobile since 2005. I have often used call forwarding from my phone to the other phone when I am not available. However, this time I got a big bill from them for callwarding charge of 45 cents/min. I called and complained about the bill but they didn't take the overcharge off my bill. They said I only have 500 minutes I can use for my callforwarding. I asked them to show me where in the contract said that. They didn't have it but insisted it was in the contract and refused to take the charge off my bill. What should I do? read full review »

I took the trial offer for 2 weeks and because of stomach discomfort, called and cancelled any further order. FWM had already debited my account for over $100.00 in product. I ordered the KNIGHT STICKS E-Cig, it worked until i tried to recharge the battery the second time. It blew out ports on both my laptop and my desktop thru the USB adaptor that comes with it. This company called me up and the person on the other end stated that he was officer Shane Watson and that there was a warrant for my arrest and they were calling to make sure that I was at work, as a courtesy call. It took me 10 minutes to get to the bottom line of the nature of the call. I had taken out a payday loan that I defaulted on 2 years ago. I purchased some WuYi weightloss tea. I have cancelled it now & they said I wouldn't be charged anymore payments. I Gave no permission to be signed up to any clubs affilitaed with them & yet, since then I have had money being taken from my account under the above names! I gave NO Permission for these other companies to take the money & have had to have my bank Dispute these payments with these companies & cancel my card so that they can no longer take any more payments! All I can say is buyer beware. They have a rock solid contract that is in their favor only. These are ruthless people who would literally kill you for a dime. The owners are nasty and bloodthirsty for money. I was taken in by their website and used them for our wedding. What a mistake!!! The pictures were horrible, the video was not creative at all. We had reservations for a Valentine Dinner. Cost per person $69.95. Five course menu. Service for rude and food was cold. Arrived at 8:45 and served until 10:20. Ladies dish was cold and tough. Ask for Manager and he was insulted and turned away half way through conversation. This is the rudest manager we have every encountered in the restaurant business. We tried to talk to him again when we left but Manager was still rude and did not want to hear about it. He had his money and we where a sad couple on Valentines Day spending over $200.00 for bad service and bad food. read full review »

My loan was sold to Midland and ever since it has been extremely difficult to get them to reimburse me from my reserve account. According to my agreement they are supposed to reimburse me within 15 business days of my request. They continually lose things causing me to resubmitt, or challenge me on items that my original lendre reimbursed me for. I feel the are withholding the monies to their benefit. I purchased a 2006 ford fusion september of 2006, the car was great for 4 months and then the wiring harness went bad and had to be replaced, then with 51, 000 miles on the car the transmission went bad, the local dealer replaced that under warrenty, they had the car for almost 3 months doing that. I recently had to give the car back and i gave it back on volentary reposession. I have several KENMORE products with warranties. Our fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a washer and dryer set. Over a week and a half ago I contacted SEARS REPAIR to have a tech service our front load washer that was spraying water from the top. I had to schedule out a week, due to my work schedule conflicted. The service dept gave me a time frame of 8-5pm on Monday 15th. What kind of time frame is that.. So fast forwarding.. They advertised a car for a very low price when I called to get details a guy by the name Eli tried to prove me that I am wrong and become very upset for the fact I am trying to get the best price. I called again after a while and he told me I AM THE BEST DEAL IN TOWN FOR HONDA DON’T WEST MY TIME. How typical for a car sales man to do so. The first week of February I receive a product with staples, no hardware, split wood, huge knots in what should have been cabinet quality wood, no lights, no crown molding, it was not what was ordered and was poor quality. Frys credit has an unmanageable user interface on their website. I thought I had paid a bill in full as I usually due. I received a phone call two months later notifying me of delinquent payments. I did not receive a bill or an e-bill updating my account status. Between their preposterous interest rates and hefty late fees I paid almost two times the amount of my initial purchase. I paid the card off after notification and cancelled it. A side note. Their technical support even struggled with their web portal, while they were assisting me. For example, you often have to haul thirty to forty pounds of drinks, snacks, and food up and down the aisles of places like Giants Stadium or PNC in New Jersey. When a customer purchases a soda for $4.50 there is a sales tax, depending on how much in each state, that is covered by the vendor. This company sells rather expensive small appliances, made in England. I have had one of their toasters for about three years, which now has a burned-out heating element. When I contacted them, they first informed me that they were only responsible for models sold in the USA (I now live in Mexico). When I informed them that the toaster was sold in the US, they then told me that my model has been discontinued, and that all spare parts were reserved for in-house repairs. UPS has had posession of my package since February 5th and still has offered me no guarnateed delivery date. Their only excuse is poor weather conditions. Yes, we have had snow but the roads have been cleared for days and by the way...IT IS WINTER!(UPS drivers are not competent enough to drive unless it is sunny?). I offered numerous times to pick up the package myself even if it invloved driving over an hour. No, no deliveries and no pick ups. I warn you, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY USING UPS!
